New 11,087 square foot buffet style restaurant located on a previously developed 4-acre parcel.
Engineering includes Site design, layout, new drives entries, sidewalks, barrier free parking and access, grading, stormwater management system, sanitary, water services and landscape design.
The parking lot was designed to maximize the number of parking spaces. Connecting drives and cross access easements were designed to improve the vehicle circulation for the client as well as the adjacent property owners.
Semi truck delivery access, as well as fire truck accessibility, was accounted for in the layout of the site.
Stormwater management system was designed to re-use the existing outlet. An infiltration/detention system was incorporated to reduce and filter runoff from the site.
Site plan approval was required from the City, therefore design was completed to satisfy zoning and municipal requirements.
Provided project management for all phases of the project from preliminary design to the construction administration and closeout.
