HVAC ventilation and heat with thermostat control. Multiple food cooking stations. Grease hoods with exhaust/make-up air and lights. Canopy style compensating hoods, and new power service and electrical transformer for increased cooking loads moved into dining.
New plumbing for kitchen hot water system, new lighting and fire protection systems for remodeled kitchen and partial topographic survey, exterior courtyard and parking access improvements.
